Ingredients

  • 1 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • salt and black pepper

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Pour in the oil, lemon juice and lemon zest and rub to coat the wings well.
  3. Place the all-purpose flour in a shallow dish. Season with salt, pepper, lemon zest and garlic powder. Mix well. 
  4. Toss the wings in the flour to coat all sides evenly. Gently shake off any excess flour.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, being careful not to overcrowd it.
  6. Spray the wings with a little more olive oil.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.
  8. Serve the wings immediately with a squeeze half a lemon on top and sprinkle freshly ground black pepper.
  9. Garnish with parsley if desired.
