Air Fryer Asian Shrimp Skewers
These easy Air Fryer Asian Shrimp Skewers are packed with bold flavors from garlic, ginger, and the perfect touch of heat.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds Shrimp peeled, deveined & tails on, large
- 3 tablespoons liquid aminos
- 1 ½ tablespoons sambal
- 1 ½ tablespoons honey sugar-free
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil toasted
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated, fresh
Instructions
- Add the Sambal, liquid aminos, sugar-free honey, Sriracha, toasted sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
- Add the shrimp to a separate bowl. Pour the mixture over the shrimp and toss to combine, making sure all the shrimp are covered.
- Cover and allow the shrimp to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you’re using wooden skewers, this is also a good time to submerge your skewers in water to help prevent them from burning.
- After 30 minutes, preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes.
- Add the shrimp to the skewers and save any remaining marinade.
- Air fry them @ 400°F for 4 minutes. Brush the remaining marinade over the tops and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.
