Air Fryer Asparagus

This Air Fryer Asparagus recipe is the easiest way to cook asparagus and can be cooked in less than 10 minutes. Perfectly cooked and so easy, this is going to become your favorite weeknight side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) asparagus
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2-3 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Snap or cut off the woody ends of the asparagus then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Toss to coat the asparagus then add to your air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry the asparagus for 8-10 minutes at 400°F/205°C until the spears are fork tender.
  4. Thick asparagus might need a few extra minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove the asparagus from the air fryer then drizzle over lemon juice and serve.
