Air Fryer Baby Potatoes

Air fryer baby potatoes are so easy! Simply toss with oil and spices, then air fry until crisp for a simple, delicious side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer 380°F.
  2. Place the potatoes in a bowl with the olive oil, paprika, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss to coat.
  3. Place the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer, without overcrowding the basket.
  4. Air fry the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until they are golden and crispy. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes and then enjoy with your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Storage: Kept in an airtight container in the fridge, the cooked potatoes will last for up to 3 days. To reheat them, I like to use an air fryer so they get crispy again! Just pop them in a 380°F air fryer for a few minutes or until they're warmed through.
