Air Fryer Bacon Recipe Ingredients:
  • 750 g Pack Bacon

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Remove packaging from your bacon and discard any bacon juices.
  2. Load the bacon into the air fryer basket, spreading out and making sure your bacon has space to cook.
  3. Cook your bacon for 3 minutes at 200c/400f.
  4. Using tongs turn your bacon over and cook for the same time and temp again on the other side.
  5. Dab your bacon dry with kitchen towel to remove the excess grease.
  6. Serve.

Notes

  • Don’t overcrowd your air fryer. In our bacon recipe we cooked 5 bacon rashers at once.
  • If you want crispy bacon in the air fryer, cook for a further 2 minutes at the same temp and if its still not crispy enough do 2 minutes again. Though from our experience 2 minutes of extra cooking time is usually enough.
