- 750 g Pack Bacon

Instructions
- Remove packaging from your bacon and discard any bacon juices.
- Load the bacon into the air fryer basket, spreading out and making sure your bacon has space to cook.
- Cook your bacon for 3 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Using tongs turn your bacon over and cook for the same time and temp again on the other side.
- Dab your bacon dry with kitchen towel to remove the excess grease.
- Serve.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd your air fryer. In our bacon recipe we cooked 5 bacon rashers at once.
- If you want crispy bacon in the air fryer, cook for a further 2 minutes at the same temp and if its still not crispy enough do 2 minutes again. Though from our experience 2 minutes of extra cooking time is usually enough.
