Air Fryer Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

Air fryer bacon-wrapped scallops are easy to make. Delicate and mild with a delicious bacon flavor, they're hard to put down!

Ingredients

  • 8 large fresh scallops
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Pull out and measure the ingredients.
  2. Place bacon in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry at 350ºF for 3 minutes. Bacon will just start to cook. Wipe out any access grease in air fryer.
  4. Blot scallops dry with paper towel.
  5. Place them in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Stir until scallops are evenly coated.
  6. Ensure toothpicks, scallops and bacon are at your workstation.
  7. Wrap a slice of bacon around each scallop.
  8. You may have to trim the bacon so it fits. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.
  9. Place wrapped scallops in air fryer basket.
  10. Air fry at 350ºF until scallops are cooked through and bacon is crisp; about 10 minutes.
  11. Serve immediately
