Make a single serving baked oatmeal in your air fryer with this simple air fryer baked oats recipe. It's packed with over 25 grams of protein and super easy to make. Just blend, air fry and enjoy!

Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tablespoons vanilla plant-based protein powder I used vanilla Nuzest
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter or almond butter plus more for drizzling
- 1 square Lily's chocolate chopped
Instructions
- Blend everything together, except chocolate in a high speed blender.
- Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin. Top with chocolate chunks. I used an 8 oz mini Le Creuset.
- Air fry at 350F for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle with additional nut butter and enjoy!
