Ingredients

  • 6 medium russet potatoes, washed
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Set the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Using a fork, pierce 8-10 holes into the surface of each potato.
  3. Coat each potato in canola oil and sprinkle each with salt. Place the potatoes in the basket of the air fryer. (Depending on the size of the basket, you may need to work in batches).
  4. Cook the potatoes for a total of 50 minutes, flipping halfway through (after 25 minutes) with tongs. (Cooking time will be based on the size of the potatoes.)
  5. Potatoes are done when they are browned and fork-tender.
