Air Fryer Baked Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potato about 2 pounds, medium
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil or olive oil
  • kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes. Rub the sweet potatoes all over with oil and sprinkle them with salt.
  3. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook 40-45 minutes until done. Turn potatoes over halfway through cooking.
  4. Let potatoes cool slightly. Then cut them open and serve with desired toppings like butter, cinnamon and/or maple syrup.
