Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup sour cream or greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 1/2 Cup powdered sugar

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl combine yogurt, sugar, and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the flour to form a dough. Once smooth and all mixed in, place it on a floured surface, using a rolling pin shape it into a rectangle, and fold it a few times.
  3. Shape again into a 1" inch thick rectangle and cut it into 9 pieces that resemble smaller rectangles or squares. Lightly dust each piece with flour and set them aside to rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  5. Lightly spray the tray/basket with canola spray.
  6. Brush the tops of the dough with melted butter and place butter side down into the air fryer tray or basket. Brush the tops with butter.
  7. Air fry for 6-7 minutes or until the edges are starting to brown.
  8. Flip and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
