Air Fryer Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs

My all time favourite chicken to air fry is air fryer boneless skinless chicken thighs. They are so good that me & Dom could eat them everyday for dinner forever and never get bored of how juicy and delicious they are.

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning
  • salt & pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil spray
  • salsa optional

  • Thermometer

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place boneless and skinless chicken thighs onto a plate and spray with olive oil and then sprinkle with salt and pepper and then cajun seasoning until the chicken thighs are well coated.
  2. Place the chicken thighs into the air fryer basket and air fry for 25 minutes at 180c/360f.
  3. When the air fryer beeps do a thermometer test to make sure they have reached an internal temperature of 70c/165f or above. Then serve with salsa.

Notes

  • Quantity. We have the Philips XL and can fit 8 boneless thighs in at once. If yours is smaller you can do it in batches.
