- Spray the coated pork chops with a light coating of cooking spray. Place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring there is room for the air to circulate.
- Air fry at 380 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, flipping them over after 6 minutes.
- They are done when they reach 145 degrees F internally.
- Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving for the juiciest pork chops.

Notes
- This recipe will work fine with boneless pork chops, although they might need 2 minutes less cooking time.

- Seasoning variations:
- Use 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder if you don't have a spice rub.
- Use 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning for an Italian-flavored dish.
- Buy seasoned Italian breadcrumbs and just season the meat with a little bit of salt and black pepper.
- Tips:
- Thinner pork chops will need less cooking time. Thicker pork chops will need more cooking time.
- For even cooking, try to get meat that is all the same thickness.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer. If you don't have a large air fryer, cook in batches.
- Always use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
- Commercial spray oils can cause damage to the non-stick finish on an air fryer basket. So use an inexpensive spray bottle filled with oil instead.
