  • ½ Tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil

  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut potatoes into even chunks, about ½ inch. Try to make all the potatoes about the same size so that they cook evenly. You’ll want about 2 cups of potatoes.
  2. Add potatoes to a large mixing bowl with oil and seasonings. Toss until potatoes are fully coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer if required. Add potatoes to the air fryer in a single layer and cook on 400°F for about 15 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes. Watch them closely in the last 2-3 minutes to make sure they don’t burn.
  4. Serve potatoes immediately.
