Air Fryer Broccoli (So Easy!)

Air fryer broccoli is the best way to get crisp-tender broccoli and a delicious vegetable side dish in under 10 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss together. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Air fry the broccoli. Transfer the broccoli to the basket of an air fryer. Set the temperature to 390°F (200°C) and cook for 7 to 9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Pro tip: If you'd like the broccoli softer and more steamed rather than crispy, add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom of the air fryer basket before cooking.
