Ingredients
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Toss together. In a large mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Air fry the broccoli. Transfer the broccoli to the basket of an air fryer. Set the temperature to 390°F (200°C) and cook for 7 to 9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Pro tip: If you'd like the broccoli softer and more steamed rather than crispy, add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottom of the air fryer basket before cooking.
