Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 Cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 Cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 325 degrees F and line a 6 inch square or round cake pan with parchment paper making sure to let the parchment paper extend up the sides of the pan.
- Place the butter, brown sugar, sugar and cocoa powder in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 20 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the butter is melted and ingredients are combined.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Then mix in the egg and flour until combined.
- Stir in half of the chocolate chips. Pour the batter in the prepared pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Air fry at 325 degrees F for 15 minutes. Check the brownies. If the brownies are not done, cook in 5 minute intervals until the brownies are cooked through. The edges should be set and a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean (make sure not to insert into a chocolate chip).
- Let the brownies cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes. Then use the parchment paper to remove the brownies from the pan. Cut, serve and enjoy!

Notes

- Leftover brownies can be stored in an airtight container or bag at room temperature for up to 5 days.
