Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these flavorful air fryer brussel sprouts are drizzled with a bit of olive oil, sprinkled with seasonings and air fried to golden perfection in only 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts halved
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme use less if using dried thym=
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370 degrees F.
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Add the halved Brussels sprouts to the bowl and mix so that the Brussel Sprouts are covered with the marinade.
- Place the Brussel Sprouts in the basket of the air fryer and cook for ten minutes. Give it a shake halfway through so the Brussel Sprouts are roasted more evenly.
- Sprinkle with fresh thyme and serve hot.
