Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Crispy, golden brown air fryer brussel sprouts done in the most convenient way possible: the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 15 Brussel sprouts halved
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Slice the brussel sprouts in half.
  2. Toss in a bowl with olive oil and sea salt.
  3. Add to air fryer basket.
  4. Set air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on your air fryer, checking regularly to ensure they do not burn. I also recommend tossing after 5 minutes.
