Ingredients
- 15 Brussel sprouts halved
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt for sprinkling
Add to Shopping List
Instructions
- Slice the brussel sprouts in half.
- Toss in a bowl with olive oil and sea salt.
- Add to air fryer basket.
- Set air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Cook for 5-10 minutes, depending on your air fryer, checking regularly to ensure they do not burn. I also recommend tossing after 5 minutes.
