Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 400 degrees.
- Cut the ends of the brussel sprouts off and cut in half.
- In a large bowl combine the brussel sprouts, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to combine
- Add the brussel sprouts to the air fryer.
- Cook for 10 minutes in the air fryer at 400 degrees F.
- Halfway during the cooking time toss them and continue cooking.
