Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan Cheese for serving
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts with cold water. Cut off the tails and cut the sprouts in half.
- Toss the sprouts in the oil and vinegar. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss again.
- Place the sprouts in the air fryer basket, flat side down. Cook at 370 for 10 minutes. Shake half way through.
- Serve immediately with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and lemon wedges.
