- 1 pound Brussels sprouts washed, trimmed, and quartered
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt or seasoned salt

Air Fryer Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat. Season with salt or seasoned salt.
- Place the brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket and cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
- When the brussels sprouts are tender, raise the temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.

- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the brussels sprouts in a bowl. Drizzle with vegetable oil and toss to coat. Season with salt or seasoned salt.
- Add just enough oil to a baking sheet to make a very thin layer in the pan. Place brussels sprouts cut side down.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the brussels sprouts are tender and brown.
