Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels sprouts (about 1 stalk of Brussels sprouts)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the Brussels sprouts in a large bowl. Drizzle with the olive oil and maple syrup, then stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  2. Add Brussels sprouts to the basket of the air fryer. Cook for 12 minutes at 380°F, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden brown and tender.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning, as needed. Serve immediately.
