- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts ends trimmed and cut in half
- 1 Tbsp. oil avocado or olive
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- ½ tsp. salt to taste

- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce or Tamari, gluten-free

Notes
- This recipe should be enjoyed immediately after air frying, but you can slice the Brussels sprouts the day before.
- Storage Directions:
- Seal leftovers in an airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 to 5 days. To freeze, place in a freezer-safe airtight container and keep in the freezer for up to 8 months. These are best frozen without sauce or toppings. Pop Brussels sprouts back into the air fryer for a few minutes, or roast them in a 350℉ oven for 5 to 10 minutes to warm back up.
- Recipe Tips:
- Slice 'em even. Be sure to cut the Brussels sprouts as evenly in half as possible so all of the pieces cook consistently.
- Get it hot. If you don't preheat your air fryer, the vegetables might not get crispy.
- Toss it up. Halfway through cooking, shake the basket so the Brussels sprouts can cook on all sides.
- Double the batch. Brussels sprouts freeze well (without the sauce), so make extra to freeze for an easy side another night.
- Get creative. These veggies are delicious plain, but you can add in so many other flavors like bacon, cheese, onions, or a Balsamic glaze.
