Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings (5 Ingredients)
These Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower Wings coat bite-sized cauliflower florets in buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt before cooking them in the air fryer until tender and slightly browned. The result is a crispy exterior with a tender interior, offering a spicy and tangy flavor profile similar to traditional buffalo wings. Served warm with a creamy dip and celery sticks, they are a flavorful vegetarian appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- ½ head cauliflower
- ½ cup buffalo sauce we used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce, 120 mL
- 2 Tbsp olive oil 30 mL
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- creamy dip to serve, creamy dip like ranch or bleu cheese
- celery to serve, creamy dip like ranch or bleu cheese
Instructions
- Prep: Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets. In a large bowl, gently stir together cauliflower and all remaining ingredients.
- Cook: Lightly grease your air fryer basket or rack. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer (working in batches if they don't all fit in a single layer). Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes, or until fork tender and slightly browned.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and celery sticks.
Notes
- To bake instead of air fry, cook the florets single-layered at 450°F for approximately 25 minutes until tender and browned.
- Serve with creamy dips such as ranch or bleu cheese and celery sticks for a balanced flavor and texture experience.
