Air Fryer Buffalo Wings

Crispy and delicious air fryer buffalo wings made with simple ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs chicken wings separated into drums and flats
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ cup hot sauce - I recommend Franks Red Hot
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel and place in a mixing bowl. Mix salt, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and smoked paprika and toss the wings in this seasoning blend.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 375F. Arrange the wings on the air fryer tray. Air fry at 375F for 15 minutes. Flip the wings and increase the heat to 400F and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. While the wings cook heat butter, hot sauce and worcestershire sauce together in a small saucepan or in the microwave.
  4. Toss the cooked wings in the sauce in a mixing bowl and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a mix of drums and flats or all drums and all flats
  • to make this recipe dairy free use a dairy free butter or ghee
