- 3 cups (450g) butternut squash peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt to taste
Instructions
Air Fryer Butternut Squash Fries Instructions
- Preheat Air Fryer to 400F / 200C.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to make sure squash is well coated.
- Add the butternut squash fries to the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 15-20 mins, making sure to turn every 5 mins. You can cook for a longer time if you want the edges to caramelize.

Oven Roasted Butternut Squash Instructions
- Preheat to 400F / Fan assisted 180C / 200C / gas 6.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing to coat the squash well.
- Place the butternut squash in a single layer on a baking tray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through or till done.
- Serve your oven roasted butternut squash warm and enjoy.
