  • 3 cups (450g) butternut squash peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt to taste

Air Fryer Butternut Squash Fries Instructions

  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 400F / 200C.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss to make sure squash is well coated.
  3. Add the butternut squash fries to the air fryer basket, making sure they are in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 15-20 mins, making sure to turn every 5 mins. You can cook for a longer time if you want the edges to caramelize.

Oven Roasted Butternut Squash Instructions

  1. Preheat to 400F / Fan assisted 180C / 200C / gas 6.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients, tossing to coat the squash well.
  3. Place the butternut squash in a single layer on a baking tray.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning half way through or till done.
  5. Serve your oven roasted butternut squash warm and enjoy.

Notes
