Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt
- 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- Pour the water into the base of the air fryer, underneath the tray or basket. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and allow it to run for 3-5 minutes at that temperature before adding the cabbage.
- Peel the outer leaves of the cabbage head, then slice the remaining head into 6-8 uniform wedges on a cutting board.
- Drizzle olive oil over the cabbage steaks and brush it on evenly. Sprinkle the seasonings on top. Flip the steak over and do the same on the other side.
- Place the cabbage steaks on the air fryer tray. Avoid overcrowding the steaks; cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry the steaks for 8-12 minutes, or until they are as soft as you prefer. Carefully remove the cabbage steaks and serve warm. Enjoy!
