Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • feta cheese optional
  • parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder and chopped parsley .
  3. Place the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
  5. Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the florets; they should be tender with a slight bite.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and when are still hot mix in the crumbled feta and fresh parsley.
