Air Fryer Cauliflower with Dipping Sauce

This delicious Cajun Air Fryer Cauliflower is paired with an amazingly savory, homemade Remoulade Dipping Sauce.

Ingredients

For the Cauliflower
  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Remoulade Dipping Sauce
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small clove garlic grated
  • ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
  • Pinch of salt

How to Make Remoulade Sauce

  1. Add all the remoulade sauce ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until everything is well combined, then set aside at room temperature, while you make the cauliflower.
How to Make Cauliflower in the Air Fryer
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes while you prepare the cauliflower.
  2. Wash, dry and cut up your cauliflower into bite size florets.
  3. Add them to a mixing bowl, then pour the olive oil over the top. Pour the cajun seasoning over the top and mix to coat each piece.
  4. Place the cauliflower on your air fryer racks, spacing them apart so that air can circulate around them.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until they are slightly golden. Serve with the remoulade sauce on the side.
