Ingredients
For the Cauliflower
- 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
For the Remoulade Dipping Sauce
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- zest and juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon chives chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 small clove garlic grated
- ½ teaspoon prepared horseradish
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon hot sauce
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
How to Make Remoulade Sauce
- Add all the remoulade sauce ingredients into a small mixing bowl.
- Whisk until everything is well combined, then set aside at room temperature, while you make the cauliflower.
How to Make Cauliflower in the Air Fryer
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F for 5 minutes while you prepare the cauliflower.
- Wash, dry and cut up your cauliflower into bite size florets.
- Add them to a mixing bowl, then pour the olive oil over the top. Pour the cajun seasoning over the top and mix to coat each piece.
- Place the cauliflower on your air fryer racks, spacing them apart so that air can circulate around them.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until they are slightly golden. Serve with the remoulade sauce on the side.
