Air Fryer Cheesy Bacon Potatoes

Cheesy Bacon Potatoes. Let me show you how easy it is to cook air fryer cheesy bacon potatoes. Loaded with crispy potatoes, crispy bacon, cheddar cheese and onion.

Ingredients

Kitchen Gadgets:
  • Air Fryer
  • Silver Foil
Cheesy Bacon Potatoes Ingredients:
  • 1 kg white potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 25 g bacon bits
  • 50 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp Dill
  • 1 Tsp parsley
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp chives
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice your potatoes and load into a mixing bowl. Add everything else apart from the bacon and cheese and mix well with your hands.
  2. Load the ranch potatoes into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 160c/320f.
  3. When the air fryer beeps add the bacon and cook for a further 5 minutes at the same temperature.
  4. When the air fryer beeps transfer the bacon and potatoes to some silver foil and place back in the air fryer.
  5. Load the potatoes with grated cheddar cheese and cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f.

Notes

  • Done. I always find the biggest potato, then try it with a fork to see if it is cooked. Because this will be the longest item to cook, if your biggest potato is done, so is everything else and its ready to transfer to the foil.
  • Swaps. You can swap all our seasonings (apart from salt and pepper) for a ranch seasoning mix.
