- 2 corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon chopped parsley
- Salt & Black Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). This step helps ensure even cooking.
- Prepare the corn cobs by removing the husks and trimming them to fit the air fryer.
- Place olive oil, chopped parsley, oregano, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well together.
- Brush the basket of the air fryer with olive oil and place the corn cobs evenly spaced apart.
- Brush the corn cobs with olive oil and seasonings on both sides
- Cook the corn at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Flip the cobs and return to the air fryer to cook for another 5 minutes.
- When they are ready, add a little bit of parsley and some grated cheese to make them more flavorful.
