Air Fryer Corn on the Cob is a fast and easy way to cook corn on the cob. Sweet and tender corn is an tasty side dish with easy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Corn on the Cob shucked and cleaned
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp butter for serving

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut the corn on the cob to make sure it fits in the air fryer basket.
  2. Generously rub the olive oil on all sides of the corn.
  3. Season the corn with salt and pepper on all sides of the corn.
  4. Cook the corn in the air fryer at 370 degrees F for 12-16 minutes until the corn kernels are tender and browned slightly. You might have to cook the corn in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  5. Top with butter and enjoy!

Notes

  • is best served fresh but you can refrigerate any leftover corn in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
