Ingredients

  • 1 roll pre-made chocolate chip cookie dough
  • 3 Cadbury Creme Eggs

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat Air Fryer to 275 degrees F / 130 degrees C.
  2. Take half the dough and press it into the bottom of a lightly oiled baking dish.
  3. Add in creme eggs and then top with the remainder of the cookie dough.
  4. Place the dish inside air fryer basket and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pie is fully cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean.

Notes

  • The type of baking dish used for this recipe is a round 7 inches / 18 cms.
  • No need to cut up the creme eggs, just put them in whole.
  • Feel free to use mini creme eggs instead. Make sure to use an amount of mini eggs that is equivalent to 3 large eggs.
  • Please be careful to not overcook this, otherwise, it becomes very dry.
  • Since air fryer temperatures can vary, watch this closely the first time you make it (you don’t overcook) and adjust the cooking time as needed.
  • To really make this a chocoholics dream, add some chocolate chips.
  • Storage - keep refrigerated for 3 days, or freeze for up to 6 weeks.
