Air-Fryer Egg Bites

Ingredients
- 5 egg large
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 cup baby spinach chopped
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup ham diced) optional, cooked
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, and ham (if using).
- Pour the egg mixture into silicone muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Place the filled cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
