Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach chopped
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup cooked ham (diced) optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, cheddar cheese, and ham (if using).
  4. Pour the egg mixture into silicone muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Place the filled cups in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
