  2. Sprinkle over 0.5 teaspoon Chilli powder, 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano, 0.5 teaspoon Garlic granules, 0.5 teaspoon Paprika, 0.25 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, 0.25 teaspoon Cumin, 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper and rub in with your hands.
  3. Cook the seasoned cod in your air fryer at 200°C/400°F for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Heat 4 Soft tortillas in a dry pan. Divide 2 portion Coleslaw between the tacos, add the flaked cod, Hot sauce, Jalapenos and Fresh coriander (cilantro).

Notes

  • Pat the cod loins dry with a paper towel before using them.
  • It is important not to overcrowd the air fryer basket when cooking cod. This can prevent the fish from cooking through evenly and may cause it to become overcooked or undercooked. Instead, cook the fish in batches if necessary to ensure that it cooks through perfectly every time.
  • Make sure the cod fillets are a similar thickness, so that they all cook at an even rate.
  • Make sure you spray your air fryer basket with some oil first, as you don't want the cod to stick to it and all fall apart.
  • Don't flip the cod in the air fryer. Unless it is fully cooked, it will fall apart.
