Air Fryer Frittata

Need a quick and easy breakfast, brunch, or even dinner? Why not give this air fryer frittata a try! This version is made with a simple addition of spices and cheese but it can easily be jazzed up with ham, bacon, or sausage.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray 2 (6 ounce) ramekins with nonstick baking spray.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, garlic, powder, and black pepper.
  3. Dive the mixture between the prepared ramekins.
  4. Sprinkle each ramekin with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
  5. Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F. for 14-16, or until the frittata is no longer wet in the center.
  6. Enjoy the frittata immediately or place it in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
  7. Eat within 2 days.
