Need a quick and easy breakfast, brunch, or even dinner? Why not give this air fryer frittata a try! This version is made with a simple addition of spices and cheese but it can easily be jazzed up with ham, bacon, or sausage.

Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Spray 2 (6 ounce) ramekins with nonstick baking spray.
- In a large bowl whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, garlic, powder, and black pepper.
- Dive the mixture between the prepared ramekins.
- Sprinkle each ramekin with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F. for 14-16, or until the frittata is no longer wet in the center.
- Enjoy the frittata immediately or place it in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
- Eat within 2 days.
