Ingredients

  • 2 large cod filets frozen
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place frozen cod filets in your greased air fryer basket.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over top of both filets.
  3. Air fry at 350ºF for 12-15 minutes or until fish can be flaked apart with a fork.

Notes

  • Use another white fish: Halibut and tilapia are both great cooked in the air fryer from frozen. You can make almost any kind of air fryer frozen fish filets.
  • Line with parchment: Place parchment in the bottom of the air fryer basket for easy cleanup.
  • When in doubt, use a thermometer. If you are still unsure if the cod filets are cooked properly, use a thermometer. Probe the thickest part of the filet and it should read 145 degrees F.
