Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Drizzle the melted butter and olive oil over the sprouts and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the air fryer rack or basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
  4. Roast in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until the sprouts are tender, about 9-11 minutes. Toss them halfway through roasting.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Serve hot.
