Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 pounds Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
- Drizzle the melted butter and olive oil over the sprouts and add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts out in a single layer on the air fryer rack or basket, cooking in batches if necessary.
- Roast in the air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until the sprouts are tender, about 9-11 minutes. Toss them halfway through roasting.
- During the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Serve hot.
