Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken is healthy and packed with flavor. From start to finish you can enjoy it in less than 30 minutes!
Ingredients
- Parmesan Cheese grated
- white vinegar
- olive oil extra-virgin
- lemon juice
- garlic powder 1 teaspoon
- oregano dried
- onion powder
- red pepper flakes crushed
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- chicken breast pounded to an even thickness, boneless, skinless, 1 pound
Instructions
- In a medium-size bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, and all seasonings together. Mix well. Pound each piece of chicken, with a meat mallet or rolling pin, to flatten and tenderize. Take each piece of chicken and dredge into the mixture, coating both sides.
- Spray the insert of an air-fryer with non-stick spray. Place chicken breasts inside in one even layer. (Don't let chicken overlap.) Air fry at 375 degrees F. for 12 minutes. Let chicken rest a couple of minutes before serving. Enjoy!
