Air Fryer Green Beans (Fresh or Frozen)

Fresh or frozen green beans are cooked in an air fryer until crisp and tender.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz green beans fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim the ends off of the green beans if needed.
  2. Place the green beans in a large bowl and add in the olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Toss everything together.
  3. Transfer the green beans to an air fryer basket. Cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Remove the green beans from the air fryer basket and serve.

Notes

  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat: You can reheat the green beans in your air fryer or microwave. But do not cook them to long, just long enough to be heated through.
