Fresh or frozen green beans are cooked in an air fryer until crisp and tender.

Ingredients
- 16 oz green beans fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Trim the ends off of the green beans if needed.
- Place the green beans in a large bowl and add in the olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Toss everything together.
- Transfer the green beans to an air fryer basket. Cook at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the green beans from the air fryer basket and serve.

Notes
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Reheat: You can reheat the green beans in your air fryer or microwave. But do not cook them to long, just long enough to be heated through.
