Air Fryer Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef/Minced Beef
  • 1 Tsp Frozen Chopped Garlic
  • 1 Tsp parsley
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Load into the air fryer basket your block of ground beef.
  2. Sprinkle on the top the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Air fry for 9 minutes at 180c/360f. Though on the 3rd and the 6th minute break up the ground beef so that it has an even cook as it is air frying.
  4. When the air fryer beeps drain the liquid from the bottom, and you now have perfectly cooked ground beef ready for adding to meals.

Notes

  • Frozen. If your ground beef is frozen, follow our defrost mince in microwave instructions first.
  • Breaking. The breaking up the mince process is vital. This stops it from sticking together and from the middle not been cooked. I recommend a spatula or a wooden spoon for this.
