Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef/Minced Beef
- 1 Tsp Frozen Chopped Garlic
- 1 Tsp parsley
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Load into the air fryer basket your block of ground beef.
- Sprinkle on the top the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Air fry for 9 minutes at 180c/360f. Though on the 3rd and the 6th minute break up the ground beef so that it has an even cook as it is air frying.
- When the air fryer beeps drain the liquid from the bottom, and you now have perfectly cooked ground beef ready for adding to meals.

Notes
- Frozen. If your ground beef is frozen, follow our defrost mince in microwave instructions first.
- Breaking. The breaking up the mince process is vital. This stops it from sticking together and from the middle not been cooked. I recommend a spatula or a wooden spoon for this.
