Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets about 6 oz each, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 4 Lemon wedges

  1. Pat the fillets dry with paper towels. Drizzle olive oil and evenly sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, Parmesan, salt, and black pepper on both sides of the fillets.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  3. Place the seasoned fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes or until the haddock is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  4. Serve the cooked haddock fillets hot with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
