Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized potatoes
  • 8 oz butter chilled
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Using a sharp knife, make slits across each potato about ⅛ to ¼ inch apart, making sure to cut ¾ of the way down the potato but not all the way through.
  2. Place a thin slice of butter in each of the slits.
  3. Place prepared potatoes into your air fryer basket.
  4. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
  5. Air fry at 350ºF for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Carefully remove potatoes from air fryer basket.
  7. If you choose to, you can brush melted butter over top before serving.

Notes

  • Be sure to leave ¼-inch of potato whole at the bottom so your potatoes don't fall apart.
  • Always preheat your air fryer for even cooking. It's a myth that they don't have to be preheated.
