Ingredients
- 3 medium-sized potatoes
- 8 oz butter chilled
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Using a sharp knife, make slits across each potato about ⅛ to ¼ inch apart, making sure to cut ¾ of the way down the potato but not all the way through.
- Place a thin slice of butter in each of the slits.
- Place prepared potatoes into your air fryer basket.
- Salt and pepper the potatoes.
- Air fry at 350ºF for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Carefully remove potatoes from air fryer basket.
- If you choose to, you can brush melted butter over top before serving.
Notes
- Be sure to leave ¼-inch of potato whole at the bottom so your potatoes don't fall apart.
- Always preheat your air fryer for even cooking. It's a myth that they don't have to be preheated.
