Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped for garnish (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Clean the potatoes and pat them dry. Make thin slices along each potato, stopping just before you cut through, so the slices stay connected at the bottom.
  3. Brush the potatoes with olive oil, ensuring oil gets between the slices. Season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air-fryer basket. Keep them apart to ensure even cooking. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  5. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
